<sub>He can sing, growl, chatter, and uproar but that's just because those are chatot's specialties and do lots of voice related crap. He's a musician xD (Hyper and echo voice)
If he meets anyone who's immune to flying type attacks, he's screwed xD

Personality
He's laid back, outgoing and not afraid to speak his mind. He's protective over just about anyone on his good side, and the criteria to get on his good side isn't that strenuous. He's oblivious to most come-ons since he assumes the attention he gets is for his wings. He's a sucker for those who blush though, kind of an Achille's heel for him.
He's slightly resentful he doesn't have a trainer, because most of his friends have one. That doesn't stop him from traveling. He's met a nice Pokemon Ranger that had him as company throughout Kanto and Jhoto. His sister had then come with them. This is the closest he's had to a trainer experience.


Extra Things:

-He's a musician. (Best at Flute and Guitar)(Can also play Sax, Clarinet, Piano, Drums etc.)
-He's outgoing, laid back, chill, yet headstrong and over protective when his friends are in a pinch!
-He's sentimental- Anything his friends give him, it's almost 100% guaranteed he won't go anywere without it. (Trinkets, jewelry, etc.)
-He keeps in shape by flying. Also, his wings are retractable, his tail is not.
-He spends his free time either sleeping or making Lunar wing trinkets for his friends as good luck charms.
-Dumb as a bird (LOL) in maths, sciences, (all the concrete learning education) but excels at Psychology, art, history, (anyalitical/abstract education)
-Was adopted into a family of Grass types (Bellossom his mom- Olive, Vileplume his dad- Angelo, and Oddish his younger sister- Saya )</sub>
